My workplace

This is my work place called TIDEL Park. It is one of the first Integrated park especially for IT and ITeS industries. This park actually opened on 4th July 2000 ( almost 5 years old now ) by Shri. Atal Bihari Vajpayee then Prime Minister of India.
This building was constructed by L&T. This project mainly funded by ILFS.

This is an joint venture project between 'TIDCO' (Tamilnadu Industrial Development and Corporation ) and 'ELCOT' ( Elcotoronic Corporation of Tamilnadu ), from that only this name came
TID+EL = TIDEL.

Now this building being maintain by 'CB Richard Ellis' real estators.

Total capacity of the building is one million ( 10 Lakh Square feets )

12 Floors + 2 Under grounds for Car parking

Now this building is a new prestigious landmark in Chennai and India on IT Map. Though there are lot more parks are comming up based on this. Anyhow I hope it would retains it owns pride.
