Me at Cuddalore

 This is me (S Sivaprasad) at my native town Cuddalore.  This are some few snaps taken in and around the very old City of Cuddalore. 

Silver Beach, Thevanampattinam,Cuddalore N.T

  1.  The First one standing in front of the boat was taken in Silver Beach, Cuddalore. The Silver Beach, Cuddalore is the second longest beach in Tamilnadu, after Marina Beach in Chennai ( Marina is the second longest beach of the world).

Cuddalore Entrance Point, Cuddalore N.T

  2. Second one taken in the entrance of Cuddalore. This monument recently build by the Pondicherry Public Work Department. This is the point from which Pondicherry Union Territory limit begins. This actually divide the border for
Tamilnadu State and Pondicherry Union Territory. This structure actually resembles the the old and traditional French culture.

Flyover, Cuddalore N.T

 3. Third one that is me on the newly build Flyover in Cuddalore. The flyover constructed at the cost of Rs.12 Crores. The fly over constructed to free the traffic jam used to get when the Railway gate being closed in Thiruppapuliyur. I should realy
appreciate the Tamilnadu CM J.Jayalalitha for her achivement of this constructing the flyover, it is one of the ever need demand of Cuddalore residents. This flyover actaully add value to the Cuddalore.

    To reach my home, hereafter i do not have to wait when the railway gate closed. Luckily I got flyover now.

Singara thoppu Bridge, Cuddalore -O.T

4.  The last one was taken in Cuddalore Port - Singarathoppu Bridge. This bridge resemble Chennai's famous Napier bridge.
I happened to this Singarathoppu in Cuddalore O.T , a 10 years ago. That time i went to the Singarathoppu by boat. Now there is new bridge and picture has changed now. It has got a new look.  Glad to know that the bridge has saved people on the latest Tsunami when attacked Cuddalore on Dec 24, 2004.
